• We require 24 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule an appointment or a 50% charge will be applied

• All courses must be paid for in advance and are valid for 1 year for beauty and 18 months for hair services from the day of purchase

• Terms and Conditions apply to all our promotions, which are subject to availability

• Gift Cards are valid for 1 year and are non-refundable

• We stock and use a wide range of retail products including:
  Aveda, L’Oreal, Dermalogica and Kerastase

• Please note that products are non-returnable

• Please arrive on time for your appointment as failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled or cut short. If you know you're going to be late please call us so we can advise you on whether to attend your appointment.

• Complaints should be reported within 48hrs, and we must have the chance to check the work in person in order to redo or refund where necessary.
